Brushing your teeth is not like cleaning the kitchen sink or getting grease off the engine block. Two minutes of TLC brushing is what you need.
Mouthwash, make it last twice as long
Cut it in half with water. It works just as well (maybe even better). The water actually helps release the suds action of the wash. Believe it or not, a component of every mouthwash and toothpaste is good old soap.
Mouthwash is the parsley on the steak
The mechanical action of brushing and flossing is the only way to clean teeth and prevent bad breath. Afterwards, by all means treat yourself to a mouth refreshing rinse!
